ZAMAK 2

Advantage: Offers the highest strength and hardness in the Zamak family, delivering exceptional wear resistance and dimensional stability under static loads
Application: Ideal for durable molds, jigs, fixtures, and industrial tooling where precision and rigidity are paramount

ZAMAK 3

Advantage: Balances excellent fluidity with tight dimensional control and good corrosion resistance for versatile die casting.
Application: Widely used for intricate consumer housings, decorative hardware, and general-purpose die-cast components

ZAMAK 5

Advantage: Contains 1% copper to boost tensile strength and hardness by ~10%, at a modest cost to ductility.

ZAMAK 7

EZAC

Advantage: Eastern Alloys’ latest hot-chamber alloy, boasting the highest creep resistance and Brinell hardness (102–140 HB) among zinc die-casting grades
